To General Manager

On the 23rd or 24th of January your company delivered a TV to me from Pilot Air Freight.

I have been a property management supervisor for over 19 years and have never seen two men that were as friendly, sincere, neat, clean and respectful of property as the two men that delivered my new TV to me.

I have dealt with lots of moving companies over the years and some were OK but some did not care, leaving marks on walls, papers, boxes etc in the rooms, hallways or loading room. Some were rude, unfriendly and certainly not neat or clean.

I’m sorry that I forgot to get their names, because they are the best. I told them that I would recommend “ACE” to any residents asking for a moving company. I only hope all of your employees are all in the same category as these men are and if not, then maybe some more training would be needed, because these two are an exception.

Just want to make sure that these men are recognized for their outstanding work. The following should help find their names.

We received our belongings they are still in boxes, but I believe nothing is broken, Even if some are broken no big deal. Half of the garage is still filled with packing paper some are still in wraps.

I want to take the time to commend the work done by your to movers, Dirk and Martin, Who have done two jobs for our library. They were very easy to work with, good listeners, and willing to do any job we needed while they were here. We have used a lot of different companies in the past several years. Through the years we have moved several times, and used various ways to transport our furniture and possessions. Our latest move was from Anchorage to Milford, NJ and our household goods were handled by your company.
