All shipments valued @ .60 (sixty cents) per pound unless greater value declared, requested and paid for. In order to expedite shipment, shipment may be diverted to motor or other carriers as per tariff rule unless shipper gives other instructions. All freight not properly boxed or wrapped for protection at time of pickup is accepted at shippers risk. Per pound charges will be based on actual weight.

Insurance must be discussed/negotiated prior to loading. Not responsible for damages caused by transport of over-sized/over-weight items, laminated, presswood, particleboard furniture, or furniture assembled by persons other than a manufacturer.

Collection fees will be added to amount due when turned over for collection actions. No Personal checks without prior approval. 3rd party checks not accepted under any circumstances.

If a shuttle is needed to load or unload the moving truck, there will be an additional cost for this service.

Please note that if we attempt delivery during our quoted transit window and you are unable to accept your items, they will be placed into storage at an additional charge subject to current and prevailing tariff.

   All services performed under Ace Delivery & Moving waybills are subject to the conditions set forth in the tariff which is on file at 7920 Schoon Street, Anchorage, Alaska.
